Kicked from server

So I was playing Dayz, my nickname is StevenEdward, going for mission NATO weapons cache, I type "engaging Nato weapon cache", take the shot and kill 7 bandit after error appear and I disconneted from server, I joined again and all the bandit are dead, so I come closer for weapon loot, I know someone just kill the most of the bandit so I just take some gun. Then admin name Sandman say that the other killed most of bandit, I said I won't take all the weapon, sandman keep saying something but because of my bad connection ( I'm from Vietnam ) I can't heard it clearly, so I type that and ask him to say that again,( His voice "interrupted", now i know how to say it )I think he was misunderstood, he thought I just pretended not to hear him and try to take loot so he kicked me out of the server. And because of my bad english, i can't explain clearly to him, so I get banned from server for bad attitude, sorry for this misunderstanding, i'm new to this server. Hope admin can unban me so I can join the server again. I swear i will never do any mission again, I really scare now....

Participation in Missions Must be Announced : Any player who is going to do a mission must report when ready to fire the first shot. A mission can't be claimed, It open until the last AI dead. If the player don't report, that player can't take loot from AI dead body and crates untill the announced player leave the mission or that player declare the mission open for looting. One player can announce for his teammate, but must report name of each teammate.

 I couldn't find your announcement on side chat, and from all appearances it looked like you logged out while I was talking to you. In addition, you also had messed with the server control options while in the lobby causing a message to appear on the game screen stating that you wanted to change the admin staff. A bit of a mis-understanding I guess.

Thank you for un-banned me. I did announcement on sidechat when ready to take the first shot, but I don't understand why you can't see it, I didn't log out when you were talking to me, I respect you. I'm sorry, the server control option, that is my fault, I was trying to find somehow I can contact with server admin to explain, luckily I found this server forum. I'm very very sorry if it caused any trouble for your server.

was banned by a confusion on the basis of Pyrgos, threw me and I thought it was boot and killed, then we decided and entered the general group, but ended up killing another player unintentionally soon after, this player was to play with me.
I would return to play this server.
