Mission Spawn Annoucements

Is there anything we can do to re-enable the server mission spawn messages? It's getting old getting killed cause a red mission spawned on top of my head and not noticing until the bullets are going through your head.

I do have one in my toolbelt at all times, I just haven't seen the message spawns since we moved to the backup server. Is it possible I've got a local settings issue going on that would block it?
