Server Disconnections

Hey Friends,

Some of us are experiencing extremely annoying and frequent disconnections from the server. Sandman has went through the code and doesn't see anything on our end causing the problem. A service ticket has been submitted to Vilayer and we are awaiting a response.  We are very sorry that you have this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.  We will post updates as we get them. Don't give up on us!  We will get this worked out.  Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Guys, can you tell me what kind of error messages you are getting when you disconnect?

Dark's Memory Error post lists the error verbatim for Pickles and I!

This is what Dark wrote:

 "Well I have been having issues with errors that state "The instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x000000000 The memory could not be written", there is also a case where it will say "memory could not be read" for others. "

So when are you guys seeing this. Is it on log in attempts or during gameplay? Also, is anybody seeing any other messages?

Also, I understand that players having problems on Beatniks can join other servers without problems. Is this true even after receiving this error message on Beatniks?

I'm having the same issue. A lot of time when I try to log in, and then occasionally I'll crash with the same error.

Typically, Dark's and my shared issue occurred toward the conclusion of the log-on sequence for me. There were a few times where I got it in the midst of gameplay, though.

I am able to play on other servers without the error message both before and after the notification halts my game.

Double sad face.

I should note that I am also able to log on after half a dozen attempts or so most of the time.

Okay, more work has been done on the server. Those of you that were having trouble should try again please. We need to know if the problem is fixed. Thanks for your help.
