Banned for stealing before I even got into the server

I started to log onto the server around 7 got to the character selection screen, walked away from my computer to smoke a cigarette and when I came back I was banned for stealing, looking at my character selection screen?? I don't know how that is even possible so I am attempting an unban request.

There was a Xenos just hours before who stole out of my pack. He wasn't in long enough to get in my database, so I banned the next Xenos in. We have a player who vouches for this guy- so it may be mistaken identity. I'm for letting this guy in, as long as he has read and understands the rules.

I agree to read and follow all rules, I for one hate getting into a game and loosing all my gear because a troll wants to steal it all. XD but I asure you, I have never been on your server before, I will read and adhear to all of your rules/regulations

Okay Xenos2006, we will remove the ban but we expect you to read the full rules posted on this website. We apologize if this was a mistake, but understand we don't take any chances by allowing thieves on our server.  I'm sure you can appreciate how we protect our players. Looking forward to seeing you in the game.

I just unbanned him, should be good to go, but it might take till next restart for the tools to allow him in.
