Well it was another usual Beatnik day, helping a new player out, Thorgon, Han, Doc, and I with 3 choppers cleared a mission and got Chris back to his body and loot. Well, no good deed goes unpublished lol! Marked a way point at Stary to give Han a lift, and started flying.
I see Thorgon to my left in his Blackhawk, is he signaling me? I'm humming Ride of the Valkyries, all these helis in the air...
bang, crack, beep beep, red tracers all over the place, Han screaming, "MISSION MISSION". Yep, a yellow mission spawned after I looked at the map.
I bank hard towards Altair, we got this I think, when the last round hits the engine...
Heck, I've landed the ol Lucky Bird twice unpowered already, straigten her out and start to glide, Han screaming, "oh god"
Got her down a little too hard for her bullet ridden frame, heck and crash you walk away from....
edit: but hey, it was better than Bushmaster's day (j/k buddy!)
