White Screen of WTF?
« on: September 22, 2016, 08:27:35 PM »
Hey to the 4 people who still read this!

I can't seem to log in to Epoch without getting thrown into a white oblivion within seconds of joining.

This is a real shame because I seem to be getting over 100fps haha.

Any experience with this problem? I am asked to Okay some parameters before playing and that seems fishy, since I've never done that before.

I had something similar a few days ago there. My video settings were fubar'd for some reason. The gama and brightness were way up, vsync was on and a few other settings. Reset that and was good to go. I also got the file okay issue. Went and verified the cache, it loaded two files and that was fixed too. Good luck and happy hunting. It was fun. It felt good to be killed by a Zed once again.

"-connect=208.115.200.30 -port=2302"-mod=(my file's location for arma 2 and epoch)"

Looks innocent, but I'd never seen it before now.

After a complete re-install, restarting many times, and jumping through other typical Arma validating hoops the problem has been resolved. As if it could have been fixed any other way....
