I used to play arma2 epoch with my sons so long ago, but then I started getting "waiting for host" and could never get on beatniks, then I started getting it on a lot of other servers (but not all).  Took a long break (ie gave up on DayZ) but decided just for giggles to try it today and bang I'm on again lol I dont know why or how....

Hey Beik!

Good to hear from you man!  I think we may have changed host since you were there last, I'm not sure. Beatniks has grown quite a bit! We have two Arma 3 Exile servers now also. A2 still runs the same, though much smoother fps. A lot of the people you know have moved on to our Arma 3's, but we are planning a reunion in A2 in a  few weeks! You have perfect timing to join us and see a lot of friends from the past.  I pop in all the servers so I'm sure I'll run in to you. Hope to see you soon!

yeah, I remember the server move.  I don't have arma3 so I'll hang on to the old server as long as it lasts.  I prefer to play alone or with few players anyways
