Merle Dixon, banned more than one month, sorry ADM

Hello guys!

I would like explain my case.
I was banned more than one month by an Admin for a mistake, my bad.

My english is not so good and that was the biggest reason for bad comunication.

I will try explain.

That Admin (i don´t remember the name) was doing a mission near of Terminal (Athira invasion) and the server would logout in 15 minutes... i was near him and my intention was help to the finish the mission, only... but the loot box spawned near of me and i took my truck and put the box in to the vehicle and wrote in the chat that i was leading the loot to the Terminal to avoid some PATROL AI ambush around there.

He thought (the guy) that i was stealing the loot but its not my intention, i just wanted help him leading the loot to Terminal and discharging loot on the ground. Was exacly what i do. Finish it, the Admin started talk fast with me on voice chat in english but i didn´t understand anything.
So, i disrespect him no intention (i was nervous cuz i didn´t undertand english) and he banned me, appeared on my screen a message told me that i was banned.

I´m so sorry about that.
I liked play in your server, the guys, all of you always was nice with me and i would like a second chance.

I promesse that i never help no one before ask.

The admin that banned you is named Bloody. It is his ban and his call to make, He is away for a short time. He knows the circumstances and he will make a decision when he returns.

What you did was take a crate from a mission that you did not participate in. You had been on the server long enough to know that is against the rules, even though you said you were taking it to the trader, after you had picked it up and left the mission area. Other players were asking you what you were doing and you pretty much ignored them. That's disrespectful to other players. Then to top it off, when I was trying to speak to you in chat and then typing in chat, (I know you can read english well enough to understand me because it is a rule of the server to be able to communicate in english and you had done so in the past.) you said "F**k you", ban me, or something to that effect (The f**k you was definitely there).  So I did. I'm happy to oblige such request.

As I first stated you had been on the server long enough to know what you were doing was wrong, then disrespecting other players and myself; not acceptable behavior on our server. For this reason your appeal is denied.

Hello, friends 

I know that you don´t back in your decision but i can told you with assurance he did not understand all of rules of the server. I know him, he not speak english, this is the reason why i played with him all times... you know that... the first player that i talked was Sandman and that time Merle played on your server before me and he not talked in english with nobody.

Maybe tried, but...

So, its sad... was really nice play with another guys that talk your language... i don´t like play alone.
More sad? your server is the best that we played :/

Another thing... this text that he posted, i wrote for him.

I understood your position, i agree to not desrespect others players... but please, do not judge me, i just want help a friend.
If you can think more about, i appreciate that.
