Ugh, Vilayer. That'd explain why Hippi's gotta hold their money ransom just to get a response. I went through them for my first Minecraft server years ago, and I could barely get the damn thing up and running with how skeevy their support was. If I recall, they offered to help me install a few plugins and get things working but told me if I needed their help after that I would incur a service fee. I very quickly jumped ship from them to FragNet which was a fantastic host, though I don't think they do anything with Arma II.
