Banned and would like retribution!

So i got banned for killing another player(players) in a mutually agreed firefight. I would like to see if i can get unbanned

Since I am not the admin responsible for this ban, I will only post this reply in passing while we wait for the decision to be made!

PVP is not permitted on the server for any reason including PVP retaliation and private firefights. It is the first rule.

Hey Wicked,

So the main reason why you were banned is previous to your mutually agreed firefight. You killed (I believe) 1 or 2 players that were near a mission that they were participating in. Shortly after, you offered them their gear back if they had a firefight against you. I believe you lost and they got their gear back, but having this sort of thing going on in a strictly PvE server is unacceptable.

There are plenty of PVP servers out there that would suit your tastes if you're looking for some PVP action. But here, we're only PvE. All the players should be in the same group when they log into the server, that way PVP incidents do not occur.

With that said, I'll lift your ban once server maintenance is completed. Please follow the rules. Most of the important rules are on your XM8. If another incident like this occurs, you will be gone for good.
