Some tracks I came up with

The Sissach-Liestal Circuit, clockwise with start/finish at Sissach. Easy and straightforward, but the Eastern hilly section and the corners in Liestal keep it interesting.

The Lenzburg Street Circuit, anti-clockwise with start/finish around Lenzburg Trader. Fun circuit with a good number of corners.

The 'Nordschring', streched across the streets of Luzern, Wolhusen, and Emmen. Anti-clockwise with start/finish at Wolhusen. Not much room for mistakes here since you're bound to hit something if you go off.

The Rorenpass Hillclimb, starting near the coast at Goldwill and ending in the town of Sorenberg. Challenging mix of bumpy coastal roads, fast straights, hairpin bends, cliffs and drops, and many opportunities to get some air. Mistakes can be fatal.

All the courses here are road courses, no dirt tracks for now.

I agree with Krauser, although I think for races with dirt roads the Nissan would be necessary or else we'd all be crawling for the whole race (unless it's a motorcycle/ATV trial). I remeber the last time we had a race on Cherno organised by Edge, he used buses to block off the roads, so we could use that to mark checkpoints and as barriers to prevent corner cutting. He also followed the race in a chopper to provide live commentary, so that could be used to monitor the drivers as well.
I've got quite a few ideas for some tracks and routes, gonna go do some recce and post them here later.

I think this was done once or twice before, but I'd really like to see motor racing as a server event. With all that twisty mountain roads and complex city street layouts, we can easily put together a 'rally stage' or street circuit, get some racing cars or bikes, and have some fun.

That sounds exciting, I'm mostly free after I finish my A levels on 5th Dec, though I've got something around Christmas week and the week before it. Sure hope I'll finally be able to make it for a reunion.

Some flight simming stuff to complement y'all racing sim guys.
Brief rundown:
1. My laptop used for gaming. Not a 'gaming' laptop, but powerful enough to run most games and flight sims above 30 fps
2. CH Flight Sim yoke. Used when I'm flying general aviation, bombers or Boeing airliners (And other planes that use yoke). Usually stored elsewhere when I'm not using it.
3. Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals. Used for almost all flying. Usually stored elsewhere.
4. Trustmaster T-16000 M joystick. Used for flying Airbus airliners, fighters, helicopters, Arma, and other planes that use stick.
5. Old computer from 2004. Used to run a basic fileserver, watch videos, and other less demanding stuff (Including viewing Chinese propaganda posters)
6. Flag of Singapore.
7. Piano

Chenarus Epoch Server / Choppers don't go well with boats
« on: November 25, 2015, 10:32:01 AM »
A short while ago I noticed the vehicle limit rule and decided that my CRRC is the most useless vehicle and therefore must go. I climbed into my Mi 17 Civ, hovered over the unlocked boat, and lifted it. Flew to the boat dealer just east of Chergonorsk, hovered abt 15-20 m above the water, and dropped the boat. Pretty standard, had no trouble using this method for my trucks.
That was when the boat decided to glitch into my chopper, and *boom* goes the boat, chopper, and me. The worst part was, my body dropped underwater and I couldn't retrieve my stuff. (Actually, the worst part might also be 2 briefs just going down the drain)
Lesson learnt: Jet helicopter can't lift rubber boats  :(
Admins, please look into this if you will. Helping me with getting back some keys, gear or the chopper will be much appreciated too ;) if it was a legit bug. Thank you in advance.
