Title: Armed boats

So i went to the boat dealer today to see if i could buy an armed RHIB for my friends new base, he has a pond, but when i get there and click on armed boats there is nothing there, is this a glitch or a thing that happened on purpose?

The RHIB comes with an M2 and the ammo fills on reset. Its a little OP, sorry.
