I logged on about 3:30am and there was 14 players all but 1 I didn't recognize. Doc was afk and myself as the "regular" players. Ok now to the chain of events: at about 4am +/- a few minutes a group was going to engage in a yellow mission only to find out that a player had already engaged and destroyed it, which lead to a response that one needs to call out when engaging missions, then quiet. 4:30am the side window went nuts as apparently a friendly fire incident happened which in turn lead to 3 possibly 4 players involved in PvP action. The one that was apparently (the way I read the side chat) was starting the PvP was acting as a assistant to you two.
I don't want to rat out anyone but I fear if it isn't dealt with when I log in at all odd hours I could be next and have to wait until after server reset to contact you folks and possibly have the situation escalate beyond just this. Aside from that I got a couple nice loots that early, chainsaw!! LoL

The incident you are referring to involved a player that did not speak english and thought another player was shooting at him and returned fire. It has since been resolved. We always run a server log file and usually have an admin or two in the server or monitoring chat. If we don't solve a server incident instantly, you can trust it will not be long before we do.

it's all good, I just was following up with what you had asked us that are on at odd times to do. I appreciate the quick response and am glad it was resolved

No problem Jessy, Thanks for the info. We cant be on the server all the time, so extra eyes are always good.
