I hate to keep adding to the server rule book, lord knows we have enough rules but people still try to get around the spirit of the game and now there seems to be some question regarding some well-known guidelines on the server being challenged lately because they are not written down, so let me clarify:
Vehicle limits: 5 vehicles limit per player, 7 per shared base/compound. This includes vehicles you have at auxiliary bases as well. Donor vehicles are exempt. Vehicles are the major killer of framerate and these limits are more than adequate and I am sure most quality players would be willing to abide by the limits to keep the server performing smoothly.
Building near mission sites or AI camps: It is forbidden to build any type of fortification, intentional or not, that allows an advantage to a player to kill red mission or camp AI. No base can be built within sniping range that allows an advantage for killing of red mission or camp AI. The use of any type of portable barrier erected to kill any AI, other than a vehicle, is not allowed. It is permissible to use a pre-existing fortification or base to kill yellow mission or roaming AI.
Running over mission or camp AI: It is forbidden to knowingly use a vehicle to kill any mission or camp AI by running them down. Running over UAZ or heli crew AI is permitted.
Again, the choices are to either to forbid the exploitation of known mission spawn sites and sniper lanes to cut mission risk, or severely limit the mission loot which would discourage team participation .
I think most people already know these rules, but the need arose to post them here. Consider this post and notification as official and binding until such time as it can be added to the rules web page.
Thanks,
Sandman

I like what I read Sandman but I have already had a situation arise where I need to ask for rule clarification. I stepped outside my base and literally a yellow ai camp spawned there, what should one do in this kind of scenario?

Yellow missions spawn at random so there is no predicting them. The rule only applies to red missions and AI camps which spawn in pre-designated spots. If a yellow mission spawns near you, get to your fortifications and blast the living hell outta them! ;D

Hell blasting...oh, yeah.
