Title: Misunderstanding

So this just happening ten or so minutes before the appeal has been posted. I was at Stary Trader when I found a player's body. When I studied the body it say he shot himself in the head. I realized now that looting is not allowed after reading the rules and that is my mistake, however when the player and an admin came I tried to give the loot back. They said they couldn't see it, but I did drop it. I tried explaining and before I could suggest anything else the admin banned me for trolling. I don't know why this happened, but I just want to make it clear, I joined this PVE server not to be a troll, but to just play. I have to intentions or gain in breaking the rules, nor do I have any interest in being a troll.

Hello El Finito,

Please understand that we take protecting our players and their belongings very seriously.  I nor the player could see any gear that you said you dropped. After offering alternate ways of returning the gear with no results, I did what I thought was best.  I would like you to please read all of the rules posted on this sight.  When you have done so, please post that you accept and understand them.  At this time I will lift your ban. I apologize on our behalf if this was a misunderstanding and I'm sure you would want us to be just as protective of you :)
