Title: Game goes to desktop

At least once every time I'm on my game will go to desktop with no apparent reason.  I can't seem to find a way to bring it back up and have to restart or use task manager to exit the game before I can get back in.  Any suggestions?

saw this after I experienced it...   was told to go to controls.... set to default... then exit out and restart and that seems to take care of it most of the time...    no idea why.
